We’re excited to get your book to you! All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location:
- Domestic (USA) : 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us!
- Physical Books: We accept returns within 10 days of delivery if the book is unopened and in its original condition. Please contact us at horrorsofdatingbook at gmail dot com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Digital/E-book Purchases: Due to the nature of digital content, all e-book sales are final and cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Email]. We will gladly replace or refund your order at no additional cost.
